History
OUR
Manos Que Suman was born from the desire to transform lives in the most vulnerable areas of Peru.
Founded in Lima by David and Leidi Ayala in 2012, this non-profit organization serves and accompanies people in vulnerable situations, creating a space where hope becomes tangible.
With a focus on integral development, we work so that communities, especially children, adolescents, and youth not only receive a quality education and the necessary support to grow as individuals and contribute to their families and communities. In our initiatives, we seek to go beyond material assistance, offering relational and essential accompaniment, and building a support network based on trust and learning.
Over the years, we have seen how small actions can generate significant impact. From educational and social support programs to recreational activities and skills development, our work meets immediate needs and opens up new opportunities for those who often find themselves without hope.
Our commitment is to change lives in the most vulnerable areas but always with a long-term vision: to empower people to build their legacy of well-being and transformation.
We don't just ask for your help we extend an invitation. An invitation to be part of something bigger, of a profound change that transforms lives today but sows hope for future generations.
